In today's fast-paced world, it can be challenging to prioritize a nutritious breakfast, but we all know that food is the fuel that keeps our bodies going.

Recipe:

  • 1 Cup flour (I’ve used Moong dal cheela mix from @nuttyyogi )
  • 1 Cup water
  • Grated carrot, chopped beans, chopped coriander and handful microgreens ⠀ ⠀

Recipe:

  • Mix 1 cup flour with 1 cup water and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  • Heat a non stick tawa then rub the tawa with half an onion (this prevents the batter from sticking to the tawa)
  • Add a spoonful of batter onto the tawa and spread like a dosa.
  • As it’s cooking, add the vegetables to the dosa. (Vegetables can be added directly to the batter as well)
  • Flip the cheela and cook the other side. Transfer to a plate.
  • For a nutritious boost add some grated paneer.
  • Enjoy with a side of chutney. I recommend tomato chutney 🤤
