Little millet shavige/semiya/sevai upma is a delicious breakfast dish commonly prepared all over India and adding vegetables makes it more wholesome.⁣

RECIPE:-

  • Dry roast vermicelli.⁣ Set aside.⁣ 
  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds till it splutters. ⁣⁣
  • Add onion,curry leaves, dry red chillies,chopped green chilli.
  • Fry well. ⁣
  • Add vegetables of your choice(I added carrot, green beans and green peas)⁣ 
  • Add water & half tsp salt. Vermicelli & Water 1:1 ratio⁣ 
  • Add the vermicelli, cook well till water is absorbed. Garnish with coriander, squeeze lime.⁣
  • Serve hot. Enjoy!⁣⁣
