These are net like crepes which are popular in Indonesia Malaysia and Singapore. They can be served with curry dishes. Originally they use egg in the batter which I have omitted.

Ingredients

  1. Nutty yogi Gluten free light flour1 cup
  2. Milk as required
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Oil 1 tbsp
  6. Butter as required

Method:

  • Mix in the flour Salt turmeric and oil
  • Add milk in batches and make a lump free batter
  • The batter should flow freely
  • For this you have to Mix the batter for at least 10 to 15 minutes so that it becomes light
  • Then pour it into a ketchup bottle
  • Grease pan with butter
  • Make net using the batter
  • Cook on slow fire till the colour changes
  • Remove and fold as shown in the reel.

Enjoy with chutney or any curry In between it tastes like cheela
