Here is the recipe-
For katoris-
1 cup whole wheat flour
1.5 tbsp besan
1.5 tbsp bajra
1.5 tbsp sooji
Salt as per taste
1 tsp ajwain
2 tbsp ghee tadka

For daal-
1 cup moong dal
4 cups water
1/2 tsp haldi
Salt as per taste
For garnish-
Chopped onions tomatoes ginger
Ghee tadka , coriander leaves and chutneys
